OK, log in this new neverwinter, the artifacts is really nice, i like the area of artifact quest and having PVP stat is nice, but personal think the Great Weapon Fighter and Hunter Ranger should get a free respec with MOD3 due to the massive changes, it did not happen so save up some Astral Diamonds and buy one if you think you need it. You can test things out on the preview server where you can respec to your hearts content, but if you have multiple characters affected by this massive changes, then it will become quite expensive.
