Hi, all! Have a long time not share my hunter ranger build to you, are you still play this class? I like playing PvE and Dungeons with my class, but recently i play PvP more in the game, because I heard that D&D Neverwinter PvP will be update. Today, i will share my hunter ranger hybrid build which is a pure glass cannon build.

I am a Human hunter ranger, if you are not, you can take off 2 feat points from Toughness and 1 points from Scoundrel Training.


PvE 
At-Will: Split Shot/Split Strike, Electric Shock/Clear the Ground
Encounter: Split The Sky/Throw Caution, Rain of Arrows/Rain of Swords, Fox Cunning/Fox Shift
Daily: Disruptive Shot, Forest Ghost
Class Feature: Stormstep Action, Twin-blade Storm


PvP
At-Will: Aimed Shot/Aimed Strike, Split Shot/Split Strike
Encounter: Marauder's Escape/Marauder's Rush, Constricting Arrow/Steel Breeze, Fox Cunning/Fox Shift
Daily: Disruptive Shot, Forest Ghost
Class Feature: Stormstep Action, Twin-blade Storm


Forest Ghost + Stormstep Action can make you do more damage using your encounter skills. Fox Shift for the AP gain, run speed and lower the ranger CD. Blade Storm for single target melee damage in PvP. Split Shot has high damage you can use always, and Electric Shock can use when mobs rushing or around you on melee ranger, the damage is low but can get a crit with you At-will for the Grand Warden bonus if you put Grand Warden armor set. Clear the Ground is also your best at-will melee.


For ability score, I put all points in Dex and Wis. For Companion, I use Dancing Blade and Cat, Ioun Ston of Allure, Fire Archon,Ioun Stone of Might also are OK, it's up to you. For hunter ranger artifact, Blood Crystal Raven Skull, Lantern of Revelation, Waters of Elah'zad. For Armor Set, T2 Grand Warden can make you gain a lot of benefit from the defense bonus, or T2 Royal Guard for PvP. For enchantment, using Soulforge, Vorpal and Radiants enchantments.


Using this build, you will find your HR is super quick and all over the place, and also easy to cast the Rain of Arrows in melee ranger.
